2. Terms of Use

1. Acceptance – Using the Site or completing a payment via Razorpay means you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

3. Monetisation Methods – (a) one-time sales of Products; (b) recurring memberships; (c) voluntary donations to keep core content free.
4. User Conduct & Content Policy – Zero-tolerance for NSFW, hateful, illegal, or otherwise objectionable material. Users must not: (i) upload, share or request such content; (ii) scrape, reverse-engineer, or attack the Site; (iii) misrepresent or infringe intellectual-property rights.
5. Licences – Unless stated otherwise, paid software is released under MIT Licence; free blog content under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
6. Disclaimer – Site and Products are provided “as is”; we give no warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability – To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the higher of (a) ₹ 1,000 or (b) the amount you actually paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Indemnity – You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction – Indian law; courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
10. Changes – We may update Terms with 7 days’ notice; continued use after that equals acceptance.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – If any paid digital Product fails to meet your expectations, e-mail [email protected] within 14 calendar days of purchase, quoting the Razorpay Payment ID.

3. Processing Time – Approved refunds are initiated within 3 business days and usually reflect within 5–7 business days, subject to gateway and issuing-bank timelines.
4. Non-refundable items – Donations (being voluntary) and Products explicitly marked “non-refundable” (for example, one-on-one consulting hours after the session has taken place).
5. Duplicate / unauthorised charges – Report within 48 hours; confirmed errors are refunded in full.

4. Shipping / Delivery Policy

All offerings are digital-only. Access links, licence keys, or download instructions are sent automatically to the e-mail address supplied at checkout within minutes of successful payment. No physical shipping applies; therefore no logistics fees or delivery timelines.
